John diagnosed my old unit, Chris educated me on the new choices, and Jordan and Derek installed my new unit. I’m extremely pleased with the professionalism and workmanship of these gentleman. Had a routine checkup and maintenance performed on my AC unit to make sure it was ready for the summer. The tech who came out, John Blackmore, did an excellent job and was very personable. Vibes were absolutely off the charts. I use J&K for all my HVAC needs, highly recommend.

Had a wonderful experience with J&K heating and cooling. From the initial visit from Isaiah 😊who was professional and thorough when giving us an estimate to replace our ancient A/C unit to Justin 😄 who installed the unit. Justin worked quickly and had everything up and running in 6 hours. Both were very friendly and knowledgeable. My furnace went out and called multiple companies after hours. They were the only ones who answered my call. I was advised as to what to do without them coming out. Justin called the next morning bright and early to check in and see if I needed them to come out. They came out that day and advised me what I needed to do. My 25 year old unit had a bad secondary heater exchange. They gave me options on fixing or getting a new furnace. They didnt try to upsell me on anything that wasnt needed but would quote me on anything for peace of mind. They were very competitive on price and showed incredible customer service. I have a little one in the house and they made space in the schedule to get me in asap. Derek and Jordan's install was very professional. They didnt make any unnecessary noise. Didnt even wake my kid from their nap. I will definitely be recommending them in the future. Trust me when I say their customer service is incredible and they treat you as a priority.
