A service call is $110 during regular hours and $175 after hours, and it covers the trip to your home. Diagnostic work and any repairs are added on top, and you approve the price before we start. ESA maintenance plan members pay $0 for service calls, including after hours.

If you smell burning or see smoke, turn the system off at the thermostat and the breaker. If the outdoor unit or refrigerant lines are covered in ice, turn the system off so it can thaw, and don't chip at the ice. Keep the area around the outdoor unit clear for the technician.
It helps. Seasonal maintenance catches worn parts before they fail. Our ESA maintenance plan is $24.99 a month or $299.88 a year, includes seasonal tune-ups, and members pay $0 for service calls.
