Great service! My power went out last Friday during a wind storm. When my power came back on my furnace did not. When I woke up the next day it was freezing in my house. Thats when I went on a search and was looking for a place that did 24 hour emergency service and found J&K. I called J&K and left a message and I received a call back within 30mins, they sent someone out to look and assess the problem. I found out when my power came back on the power surge fried the main board and transformer of my furnace. After learning what happened and finding out the age of my furnace, I decided to replace my it, I worked with Chris about financing and got scheduled for Tuesday to have my new furnace installed. The crew that came out was Conner and Roman they both were great, fast and efficient installing my new furnace and I'm truly grateful for the care they took while installing. After they finished, their boss Justin showed up to check and make sure everything was correct. Both Conner and Roman were also wonderful at cleaning up any shavings or parts that fell on the ground while taking apart the old furnace and placing the new one. I stand by my rating it was really great service from the whole team. Thank you J&K for all the help and service you provided.

Received the best quote from J & K on a Friday, and the following Tuesday they were here early, worked all day and did a great job. Isaiah was fantastic. Our heater broke after hours on a Saturday in the middle of the winter. Isaiah came out immediately, diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. J&K prices were also better than others we looked at. Great overall experience. Thank you!
